MLB (Pitcher) - A pitcher starts the game and throws at least one pitch, then leaves the game with an injury before recording three outs.
MLB (Batter) - A batter starts the game and records at least one plate appearance, then leaves the game with an injury before the start of their second plate appearance.

Prop Protect applies to player prop markets for any game from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB or WNBA. For straight bets, if the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before the time specified in the table above, your wager will be returned as Bonus Bets.
Where a selection on any NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB or WNBA, player prop market is part of a parlay, Same Game Parlay or Same Game Parlay+ and the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before the time specified in the table above, the relevant selection will be deemed no action and the bet will be recalculated on remaining selections and any subsequent returns paid out in Bonus Bets.
If a selection within a parlay, Same Game Parlay, or Same Game Parlay+ bet qualifies for Prop Protect and is combined with selections from other sports outside of the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB or WNBA, the remaining selections will be recalculated with revised odds and any subsequent returns paid out in Bonus Bets.
If the outcome of your selection has already been determined before your selected player is ruled out due to injury, or your selection goes on to be a winner, then Prop Protect will not apply and your bet will be settled in line with our rules.

In order for a selection to qualify for Prop Protect, it must be announced officially by the league or team that a player has been injured and will not be returning to the game. Without this confirmation, selections will be left to run and will be settled in line with our rules.
Prop Protect will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out.
If any selections within your entry are deemed no action, your parlay will still be applicable if there are at least 3 or more legs remaining. For example, a 3 Leg Parlay with 2 winners and 1 selection deemed no action will receive no payout, due to it being under the minimum number of selections required for Over / Under.
Selections can be pre-game or Live In Game.
We will endeavor to apply Bonus Bets to your account as a result of Prop Protect as soon as the player has been ruled out due to injury before the time specified in the list above.
Your Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bonus Bets wagers will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the Bonus Bets wager is excluded from any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 would give a return of $60 ($40 winnings plus $20 wager), whereas a $20 Bonus Bets wager placed at odds of +200 would give a net return of $40, as the $20 Bonus Bets wager is not returned.
Wagers can be funded in part by your Bonus Bets and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bonus Bets element of the wager will not be included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 which was funded by $10 Bonus Bets and $10 cash would give a net return of $50 ($40 winnings plus $10 cash wager) as the $10 Bonus Bets wager would not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bonus Bets wager will not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the game), Bonus Bets wagers will be returned.
Your Bonus Bets will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bonus Bets balance. If additional Bonus Bets are added to your Bonus Bets balance within this 7 day period, the total Bonus Bets balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.
This promo is available on any game in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB or WNBA.
There are no withdrawal restrictions applicable to this promo.
Where any term of the promo or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or any other promotional promo results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets element of such promos and/or void any bet funded by the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bonus Bets, Bonus Bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
