Place a pre-match bet on the Money Line market for Singles matches from selected ATP events, and any WTA and Grand Slam events.
For straight bets, if the opposing player retires hurt we will pay out your bet as a winner, with your wager returned as cash and winnings paid as Bonus Bets.
If a selection is part of a parlay and the opposing player retires hurt, the selection will be treated as a winner. If your parlay then goes on to be successful, your wager and any winnings from the bet not including this selection will be paid in cash. Additional winnings resulting from our Tennis Retirement Guarantee will be paid in Bonus Bets.
Bets placed on the player who retires hurt will be settled as void and your wager returned as cash, in line with our Tennis Rules.
This settlement feature is only available to new and eligible customers.
Retirement Guarantee applies to pre-match bets on the Money Line market only for main draw Singles matches from ATP (excluding Challenger Tour), WTA or Grand Slam Tennis events. Where a qualifying selection is included in a parlay bet and the opposing player retires hurt during the match, we will treat that selection as a winner. If your parlay then goes on to be successful, your wager and any winnings from the bet not including this selection will be paid in cash, with additional winnings paid in Bonus Bets. If all or part of your qualifying bet was placed with Bonus Bets, winnings from that part of your wager will be returned in Bonus Bets with any remainder in cash.
Retirement Guarantee does not apply to Same Game Parlay bets. Where the To Win Match market is included as a pre-match selection in a Same Game Parlay bet, and either player retires hurt, the Same Game Parlay bet will be settled as void and your wager returned in cash, in line with our Tennis Rules. If all or part of your bet was placed with Bonus Bets, that part of your wager will be returned in Bonus Bets with any remainder in cash.
Retirement Guarantee will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out.

Selections which have been treated as a winner due to Retirement Guarantee will not count as qualifying selections for Tennis Parlay Boost.
Your Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bonus Bets wagers will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bonus Bets wagers are not included in any returns. For example, a $10 bet placed at odds of 2/1 (3.00) would give a return of $30 ($20 winnings plus $10 wager), whereas a $10 Bonus Bets wager placed at odds of 2/1 (3.00) would give a net return of $20, as the $10 Bonus Bets wager is not returned.
Wagers can be funded in part by your Bonus Bets and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bonus Bets element of the wager will not be included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by $10 Bonus Bets and $10 cash would give a net return of $50 ($40 winnings plus $10 cash wager) as the $10 Bonus Bets wager would not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bonus Bets wagers will not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bonus Bets wagers will be returned.
Your Bonus Bets will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bonus Bets balance. If additional Bonus Bets are added to your Bonus Bets balance within this 7 day period, the total Bonus Bets balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.
Your Bonus Bets will be forfeit and removed if your account is inactive for 90 consecutive days. Making a deposit, placing a Sports bet or participation in any Casino, Games or Poker product is deemed as having activity on an account.

Where any term of the settlement feature is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or any other promotional settlement feature results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets element of such features and/or void any bet funded by the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bonus Bets, Bonus Bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this settlement feature to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this settlement feature for legal or regulatory reasons.
Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the settlement feature. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
