1. What is the UEFA Champions League Ticket Giveaway?

1.1 To celebrate bet365’s sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League, we’re giving away tickets to certain League Phase matches. The giveaways will be run as a series of ballots becoming available throughout the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League 2024/2025 Season. And it doesn’t end there – make sure to check our website in the months to come, as we’ll be running another round of ticket giveaways during the Knock-Outs phase of the tournament.

2.1 Each match giveaway will be a separate promotion subject to these terms and conditions. Please note that each match giveaway has its own opening and closing dates for entry - see the giveaway page for each available match, or the table below, for details.

2. How to enter

2.1 To enter one of the prize draws, simply create or login to your bet365 account, go to our giveaway page and select the match, or matches, you would like to win by clicking “Enter” on the relevant match by the deadlines indicated.

2.2 Entry into each match giveaway must be made by no later than 11.59pm (UK time) on the closing date specified for that fixture on the promotion page (see the table below). It will not be possible to enter the competition after the closing date for the relevant draw. The deadline for the available fixtures in each week of this phase is below:

Matchday 1 (17th-19th September 2024) Giveaway opens on 31st August 2024 and closes 6th September 2024.

Matchday 2 (1st–2nd October 2024) Giveaway opens on 7th September 2024 and closes 20th September 2024.

Matchday 3 (22nd-23rd October 2024) Giveaway opens on 21st September 2024 and closes 3rd October 2024.

Matchday 4 (5th-6th November 2024) Giveaway opens on 4th October 2024 and closes 25th October 2024.

Matchday 5 (26th-27th November 2024) Giveaway opens on 26th October 2024 and closes 7th November 2024.

Matchday 6 (10th-11th December 2024) Giveaway opens on 8th November 2024 and closes 29th November 2024.

Matchday 7 (21st-22nd January 2024) Giveaway opens on 30th November 2024 and closes 20th December 2024.

Matchday 8 (29th January 2024) Giveaway opens on 30th November 2024 and closes 20th December 2024.

2.3 You can only enter one match giveaway in each Matchday of the League Phase, as listed above. Check back each week as new matches become available. Please note that a UEFA "matchday" covers several days and means the dates defined above, with matches typically falling on the Tuesday and Wednesday of that week. Please note that fixtures are determined by the UCL calendar.

2.4 Winners will be selected by random electronic draw. A separate draw will be held for each match giveaway shortly following its Closing Date.

2.5 Entry is free and open to all eligible entrants who satisfy the requirements below. No purchase is necessary to enter, and there is no charge to register for an account.

2.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

3.1 Each match giveaway is open only to verified bet365 account holders aged 18 years or over, who are able to see this promotion after login. You will not be eligible to win a prize if:

a) you (or your guest) are subject to a banning order from any football tournament, club or stadium;

b) you (or your guest) are a bet365 employee or contractor, or an employee of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration.

c) you (or your guest) are a member of the immediate families or households of (b) above; or

d) you are (or have previously been) voluntarily, or involuntarily, excluded playing with bet365, or receiving bet365’s promotional offers.

3.2 Winners must hold a fully verified bet365 account in order to claim a prize.

3.3 By entering any giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

3.4 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are automated by computer or bot technology.

3.5 You may only enter one match giveaway per week, however you may enter a ballot in as many weeks of the promotion as you would like. Each entry is personal to you, and you may not enter on behalf of another person.

3.6 No one individual may claim more than four (4) prizes over the lifetime of this giveaway series, or any subsequent giveaways of the same nature. We would encourage you to only enter the ballot for those matches that you would be most interested in attending – if you are a winner for tickets to any fixture, it will not be possible to swap or substitute your ticket for a ticket to a different match.

3.7 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

3.8 This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

The prize

4.1 In each match giveaway, 10 winners will each win 2x match tickets to the selected UEFA Champions League men’s football match.

4.2 Be over the age of 18 and meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1, above).Tickets may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, assigned, pledged or used for any other non-private enjoyment purpose.

4.3 Seats are allocated randomly and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include hospitality, travel, accommodation, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or any other personal or any other incidental expenses in using the prize not expressly stated in these terms. Any such costs are the exclusive responsibility of each winner.

4.5 There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. Entrants are free to select which fixtures they would like to win. Prizes will not be exchangeable in the event that you decide you cannot, or do not want to, attend your selected fixture(s), so please consider this before selecting them.

4.6 Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the Entry Closing Date for the relevant draw. Winners must respond, by email, within 24 hours to accept the prize. Please note that your prize is not guaranteed unless and until you confirm your acceptance in time. In the event that you cannot be contacted (including if the email goes to your spam filter), or you fail to accept the prize in time for any reason, the Promoter will conduct a further random draw to select a new winner.

4.7 The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to select alternative winners where prizes are not initially claimed in accordance with these terms. However, in the event that prizes remain unclaimed by such alternative winner(s), the Promoter shall be entitled to reclaim such unclaimed prizes.

4.8 Tickets are and remain at all times the property of UEFA Events SA and/or the relevant Club.

Winners

5.1 Winners will be chosen electronically, by random draw. This Promotion is offered across the bet365 network of a websites, and your chance to win will be shared with eligible entrants from other qualifying countries.

5.2 Winners will be notified, by email, within 3 days of the relevant prize draw closing, using the email address registered to their bet365 account. Winners will be contacted by the Promoter’s prize fulfilment partner, Octagon Worldwide Limited. All communications will be in English language. You will not be able to amend any contact information once the giveaway entry has been submitted.

5.3 The Promoter may be required to evidence that prizes were correctly awarded. To enable us to comply with this obligation, you agree that in the event that you win and claim a prize, the Promoter may, if required to do so, share your name and country with competent government bodies or regulators, such as the Advertising Standards Authority or local equivalent, to the extent necessary to meet its regulatory requirements.

5.4 The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Claiming the prize

6.1 If you receive an email notifying you that you have won a prize, you must respond to the email within 24 hours confirming your acceptance of the prize. Failure to do so, for any reason, will result in the selection of a new winner.

6.2 Prizes will be fulfilled on behalf of the Promoter by Octagon. Wherever possible, tickets will be provided in digital format. You accept that you and your guest will be required to download the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and create an account in order to receive such tickets.

6.3 Issue and use of each ticket is subject to the relevant Stadium and/or Club terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the relevant Stadium and/or Club’s website. You accept that your, and your guest’s, use of a ticket to attend a match constitutes acceptance of those applicable entry terms and conditions.

6.4 In the minority of cases where (due to the requirements of the relevant club or stadium) tickets must be provided in physical format, these will be provided either via registered post or hand delivery (at the Promoter’s discretion), reasonably in advance of the relevant match.

6.5 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

6.6 The Promoter/Octagon will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize for any reason within 24 hours of the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.

6.7 The prize may be issued subject to valid proof of identity, age verification and further security checks. Octagon may need to request further information from yourself and/or your guest, to verify eligibility. Your failure to provide this information within 24 hours of the request may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.8 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you (or your chosen guest) are not able to take up the prize, for any reason.

Use of the Prize

7.1 Prizes may only be used by yourself and a chosen guest.

7.2 By entering this Promotion, you agree that if you win a prize:

a) You shall be fully responsible for your behaviour and the behaviour of your guest when using the prize. When using the prize you agree to behave responsibly, and not to behave in a way that puts yourself, or others, in danger.

b) You will comply, and ensure your guest complies, with all applicable third party terms and conditions that apply to your use of the tickets and attendance at the relevant stadium (including UEFA’s ticket terms and conditions, and stadium entry rules). Failure to comply with such terms and conditions may result in you being required to leave the venue.

c) You, and your guest, will be subject to checks against any Club, venue, or sports association banning order list. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner (and their guest) in the event that they are not permitted to attend the relevant match or venue for any reason.

d) The Promoter cannot guarantee that all wheelchair or accessibility needs you or your guest may have will be fully accommodated by the relevant venue.

7.3 You acknowledge and accept that you alone will be responsible for ensuring that you and any guest travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, visas and/or any other travel documents required in order to travel to the relevant stadium for any tickets you win. You agree that neither the Promoter, nor its affiliated entities, UEFA, or Octagon shall be liable in any way for your failure to meet these requirements.

Limitation of liability

8.1 The prize is awarded on an “as is” basis. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected to the extent that these cannot be excluded under applicable laws.

8.2 The Promoter and Octagon are not responsible for any external circumstances beyond their reasonable control which may interfere with your (and/or your chosen guest’s) use or enjoyment of any prize, including in particular: acts of god, global or regional pandemic, adverse weather conditions, strike, acts of terrorism, political unrest, change in law or regulations, war, natural disaster, or any other circumstances, including any circumstances resulting in the relocation, postponement or cancelation of the relevant match, or any illness or other circumstance which prevents your (or your guest’s) travel to the match. The Promoter, UEFA and Octagon shall not be responsible for any costs you incur in connection with such circumstances, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

8.3 You hereby agree to release and hold the Promoter (and each of its affiliated entities), UEFA and Octagon, harmless from and against any losses, damages, rights or claims of any kind, arising from your participation in this Promotion and/or in connection with your, and your guest’s, use of any prize.

Data protection and publicity

9.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the bet365 Privacy Policy.

9.2 By entering into any prize draw, you agree that in the event that you are selected as a winner, you may be contacted by, and the Promoter may share your relevant personal data (full name, address and email address associated with your bet365 account), and that of your chosen guest, with each of the following related parties, in order to appoint the winners and deliver the prizes:

a) UEFA Events SA (of Route de Genève 46, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEFA) (“UEFA”); and

b) Octagon Worldwide Ltd, (of 99 Clifton Street, London, EC2A 4LG) (“Octagon”).

By entering into any prize giveaway under this Promotion, you accept that such data sharing shall be subject to the terms of:

i) UEFA’s Privacy Policy, available here, and ii) Octagon’s Privacy Notice, available here.

9.3 You agree that Octagon and/or bet365 may contact you after the match to ask you about your experience.

General

10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

10.4 These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions.

10.5 The Promoter may reclaim any prize which has been awarded in error.

10.6 The Promoter may at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion if this becomes necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.

10.7 The Promoter is: Hillside (UK Sports) LP, with a registered office address of Unit 1.1, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. This promotion is offered as a joint-promotion run in partnership with the wider bet365 group and your chance to win will be shared with customers entering the promotion from other eligible jurisdictions.

10.8 UEFA Events SA and its affiliates are in no way responsible for this Promotion, or for any loss or damage arising from it.

Qualifying

1. Offer available to new customers registering on or after 12:51 UK Time on 3rd December 2024.

2. Make a qualifying deposit of £5* or more to qualify for 500% of that amount in Bet Credits up to £50* in Bet Credits. Your qualifying deposit is your largest deposit (capped at £10*) made in the 7 days prior to you claiming the offer. PayPal, paysafecard and all other prepaid credit and debit cards, where available, cannot be used for either your qualifying deposit or any subsequent withdrawal of returns from Bet Credits stakes unless we have successfully verified an accepted form of your Identity Documents and you have entered a Postal Verification Code (PVC), or we have successfully verified two accepted forms of your Identity Documents.

For more details on accepted Identity Documents, how to enter a PVC, or to upload your Identity Documents, simply log in to your account, go to the Account menu then My Account and select Verification .

3. You must claim your offer within 30 days of registering your account.

4. The maximum amount of Bet Credits that can be claimed is £50*. For example, a qualifying deposit of £20* will qualify for £50* of Bet Credits.

Releasing your Bet Credits

5. Your Bet Credits will be held in your account balance and are non-withdrawable. To release your Bet Credits you must place qualifying bets with a total stake value equal to or greater than the value of your qualifying deposit (capped at £10*) and they must settle within 30 days of claiming the offer. Only qualifying bets placed and settled after claiming the offer will count towards this requirement.

6. Your Bet Credits will normally be available to use within one hour of the qualifying settled bet requirement being met.

7. You may have more than one Bet Credits offer available on your account at any one time. However, qualifying settled bets will only count towards releasing one of the offers. You may choose which offer is active within the My Offers section of the Account Menu.

8. Any single bets placed at odds of less than 1/5 (1.20) will not count towards the release of your Bet Credits. In multiple bets at least one selection must have odds of 1/5 (1.20) or greater to count.

9. bet365 does not allow the ‘backing of both sides’ of a market or betting on multiple selections within a market/fixture combination to unfairly manipulate the release of Bet Credits. Where there is more than one stake placed on a market/fixture combination, only the largest cumulative stake on an individual selection (either pre-match or In-Play) will count towards the settled bets requirement (if you have placed the same highest cumulative stake on more than one selection then only one will count towards the settled bets requirement). Any bets settled on other selections in the same market/fixture combination will not count towards the release of your Bet Credits. For example, if you have a £5 bet on Man Utd to beat Chelsea and an £8 bet on Chelsea to beat Man Utd on the Full Time Result market, only the stake on Chelsea will count towards the release of your Bet Credits (if both bets were for £5 then £5 would count towards the release of your Bet Credits). If you were to place a further £4 bet on Man Utd to beat Chelsea, this cumulative £9 stake will count towards the release of your Bet Credits and not the £8 stake on Chelsea. In addition, if you were to place bets on the Win and Each Way market on three horses in the same race, two for a £5 stake and another for an £8 stake, only the £8 stake would count towards the release of your Bet Credits. This restriction also applies to market/fixture combinations where the same market is available on multiple separate occasions within the same fixture (either pre-match or In-Play), for example Tennis Current Set Winner or Next Game. If you have a £5 bet on Jelena Ostapenko to win the 3rd game (Next Game) against Ons Jabeur, and have a further £2 bet on Jelena Ostapenko to win the 4th game (Next Game), both bets will count towards the release of your Bet Credits. However, if you were to place a £9 bet on Ons Jabeur to win the 5th game (Next Game) only that bet will count towards the settled bets requirement, as it is the highest stake on a selection in that market/fixture combination, and not the £7 staked on Jelena Ostapenko. This term is applied in conjunction with the other restrictions.

10. Fully Cashed Out, Instant Games, Gaming, Free Bets, void bets, In-Play bets which are settled as a push and Fantasy Sports entries do not count towards the release of your Bet Credits. Where a stake has been partially Cashed Out, only the remaining active stake will count towards the release of your Bet Credits. Where a bet has been edited using our Edit Bet feature, the original stake will not count towards the release of your Bet Credits and only the new stake on the new bet will count.

11. If you do not have qualifying settled bets to the value of your qualifying deposit (capped at £10*) within 30 days of claiming the offer, your Bet Credits will be forfeit and removed and the offer will be closed.

Using Bet Credits

12. Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. For example, a £10 bet placed at odds of 2/1 (3.00) would give a return of £30 (£20 winnings plus £10 stake), whereas a £10 Bet Credits stake placed at odds of 2/1 (3.00) would give a net return of £20, as the £10 Bet Credits stake is not returned.

13. Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a £10 bet placed at odds of 2/1 (3.00) which was funded by £5 Bet Credits and £5 cash would give a net return of £25 (£20 winnings plus £5 cash stake) as the £5 Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

14. For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bet Credits stake removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.

15. Your Bet Credits cannot be:

- used as stakes on Tote (including other pool betting), Colossus bets, Lotto markets and Fantasy Sports entries;

- used as stakes on Bankers, If Bets, Reverse If Bets or Teasers.

16. Your Bet Credits will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 7 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

17. Bets placed using Bet Credits will not qualify for the following boosts:

General

18. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions.

19. This offer is available in multiple currencies depending on your account preference and the specific information relating to minimum deposit and maximum Bet Credits currency equivalent values is stated here. These currency equivalent values are reviewed periodically against market rates and may be increased or decreased accordingly.

20. This offer closes to new customers at 11:59 UK Time on 23rd December 2024 and can only be claimed by customers who register prior to this time (must be claimed within 30 days of registration).

21. This offer is only available to customers residing in Great Britain and Republic of Ireland.

22. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, refund payment or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, refund or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.

23. bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

24. All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or offer and remove any winnings from such bet.

25. bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

26. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
