Gameplay

2. You are responsible for any tax obligations (reporting and / or tax settlement) that are applicable in your jurisdiction in relation to any deposits, stakes or entry fees or any winnings/prizes or losses as the case may be. Prize values displayed are exclusive of any tax deductions (where applicable).

Free Spins

3. Free Spins must be claimed within three days. To accept your Free Spins, go to Casino and click Accept on the pop-up or in the My Offers section. Once accepted, you will have three days to use the Free Spins. Customers who are not eligible for Casino promotions are not eligible to claim any Free Spins for two or three correct predictions.

4. Any unused Free Spins will be removed within three days of claiming.

5. Free Spins can only be played on Book of Horus, Sizzling 7s Fortune and Spin O’Reely. There is no wagering requirement attached to the Free Spins themselves. Any winnings accrued from play on Free Spins can be withdrawn at your discretion.

6. The stake associated with Free Spins will be set to the minimum unit bet, on the maximum number of paylines, within each eligible game. For example, a game with a minimum unit bet of €0.01 and a maximum of 20 paylines would have a Free Spin value of €0.20 per Free Spin.

7. Not all games are guaranteed to be available during the promotional period and selected eligible games might only be visible to customers who are logged in and whose accounts are verified.

8. The 6 Horses Challenge feature is available at the discretion of bet365 and bet365 makes no guarantees regarding its availability. bet365 will not be responsible if the 6 Horses Challenge feature is not available for technical reasons.

9. bet365 reserves the right to reclaim any Free Spins or prize-money awarded for a 6 Horses Challenge entry if the outcome of a race within the relevant game was determined in error.

10. bet365 reserves the right to accept or decline any 6 Horses Challenge entry.

11. bet365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the 6 Horses Challenge feature (or any part of it) for any event, meeting or customer.

12. bet365 reserves the right to remove the 6 Horses Challenge feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers is misusing the feature.

1. Bet Boosts are only available to new and eligible customers. You can see whether Bet Boosts are available to you by logging in and selecting the Offers section on mobile or the Promotions section on desktop. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligible for promos and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be the event of any dispute.

2. Horse Racing Bet Boosts are available to customers residing in the UK and Republic of Ireland on UK, Irish and selected International Horse Racing from 10am UK Time on the day of race up to 15 minutes prior to race off time.

3. Boosted multiples cannot be combined with other selections.

4. Where a Bet Boost is offered for a multiple bet on a qualifying sport (for example a pre-built Treble), the Acca Boost will not apply.

5. Availability for specific Bet Boosts may be withdrawn at the discretion of bet365.
