New Customer Promo

A deposit (minimum $10) is required to participate in this promo. The deposit must be made in the 7 days prior to you claiming the promo.

You must claim your promo within 30 days of registering your account. You have a choice of two New Customer Promos and, by claiming this promo, the other promo will no longer be available to you.

The maximum refund in Bonus Bets that can be received is $1,000.

First Bet Safety Net will apply to your first straight bet, parlay, Same Game Parlay or Same Game Parlay+ placed after claiming the promo. If you place two or more bets on the same Bet Slip, your qualifying bet will be deemed to be the one which is first on the Bet Slip.

Where a qualifying bet is placed on a market that can be settled as part won and part loss, for example a Win/Place or Asian Line bet, the Bonus Bets refund received will be the difference between the original wager and the returns received. For example, if you place a $50 Win/Place bet totaling $100 that is settled as a Place with total returns of $80, you would receive $20 in Bonus Bets. If the returns received are greater than the original wager, no Bonus Bets will be credited and the promo will be closed.

Your Bonus Bets will normally be available to use within one hour of your qualifying bet being settled, if you are eligible for a refund, and will be held in your Bonus Bets balance.

You may have more than one Bonus Bets promo available on your account at any one time. However, qualifying settled bets will only count towards releasing one of the promos. You may choose which promo is active within the "My promos" section of the "Account" menu.

Only the first qualifying straight bet, parlay, Same Game Parlay or Same Game Parlay+ placed after claiming the promo will be eligible to receive the First Bet Safety Net. Where a bet is placed on an alternative bet type, no refund will apply as part of this promo and the promo will be closed.

Only bets placed with cash are eligible to receive the First Bet Safety Net. Where your first qualifying bet is funded partly with cash and partly with Bonus Bets, only losses from the cash part of your wager will be refunded in Bonus Bets.

Where your qualifying bet is Cashed Out, the promo will no longer apply.

Bets which are settled as a push or bets which are deemed no action, will not receive a Bonus Bets refund and the promo will be closed.

Bets placed using Bonus Bets, Gaming Wagers, bets placed on boosted odds entries do not qualify for a refund as part of this promo.

First Bet Safety Net cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo where qualifying conditions for both promos are met. For Early Payout promos, if your qualifying bet is settled as a winner but would have naturally gone on to lose, the First Bet Safety Net will not be applied.

Your Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bonus Bets wagers will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the Bonus Bets wager is excluded from any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 would give a return of $60 ($40 winnings plus $20 wager), whereas a $20 Bonus Bets wager placed at odds of +200 would give a net return of $40, as the $20 Bonus Bets wager is not returned.

Wagers can be funded in part by your Bonus Bets and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bonus Bets element of the wager will not be included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 which was funded by $10 Bonus Bets and $10 cash would give a net return of $50 ($40 winnings plus $10 cash wager) as the $10 Bonus Bets wager would not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bonus Bets wagers will not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the game), Bonus Bets wagers will be returned.

For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bonus Bets wager removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.

Your Bonus Bets cannot be:

• used as wagers on Teasers.

• used as wagers on Profit Boosts;

• used as wagers on Bet Boosts;

• used as wagers on Super Boosts.

Your Bonus Bets will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bonus Bets balance. If additional Bonus Bets are added to your Bonus Bets balance within this 7 day period, the total Bonus Bets balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

Bets placed using Bonus Bets will not qualify for the following boosts:

Where any term of the promo or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or any other promo results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets element of such promos and/or void any bet funded by the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bonus Bets, Bonus Bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

All customer promos are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or promo is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any promo or all promos to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or promo and remove any winnings from such bet.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

Your Bonus Bets will be held in your account balance and are non-withdrawable. To release your Bonus Bets you must place qualifying bets with a total wager value of $10 and they must settle within 30 days of claiming the promo. Only qualifying bets placed and settled after claiming the promo will count towards this requirement.

Your Bonus Bets will normally be available to use within one hour of the qualifying settled bet requirement being met.

Any straight bets placed at odds of less than -500 will not count towards the release of your Bonus Bets. In parlay bets at least one selection must have odds of -500 or greater to count.

bet365 does not allow the "backing of both sides" of a market or betting on multiple selections within a market/event combination to unfairly manipulate the release of Bonus Bets. Where there is more than one bet placed on a market/event combination, only the largest cumulative wager on an individual selection (pre-game) will count towards the settled bets requirement (if you have placed the same highest cumulative wager on more than one selection then only one will count towards the settled bets requirement). Any bets settled on other selections in the same market/event combination will not count towards the release of your Bonus Bets. For example, if you have a $10 bet on DEN Broncos to beat NY Giants and a $16 bet on NY Giants to beat DEN Broncos on the Money Line market, only the bet on NY Giants will count towards the release of your Bonus Bets (if both bets were for $10 then $10 would count towards the release of your Bonus Bets). If you were to place a further $8 bet on DEN Broncos to beat NY Giants, this cumulative $18 wager will count towards the release of your Bonus Bets and not the $16 wager on NY Giants. This restriction also applies to market/event combinations where the same market is available on multiple separate occasions within the same event (pre-game), for example Tennis Current Set Winner or Next Game. If you have a $10 bet on Jelena Ostapenko to win the 3rd game (Next Game) against Ons Jabeur, and have a further $4 bet on Jelena Ostapenko to win the 4th game (Next Game), both bets will count towards the release of your Bonus Bets. However, if you were to place an $18 bet on Ons Jabeur to win the 5th game (Next Game) only that bet will count towards the settled bets requirement, as it is the highest wager on a selection in that market/event combination, and not the $14 wagered on Jelena Ostapenko. This term is applied in conjunction with the other restrictions.

Cashed Out, event-specific Bonus Bets placed by selecting “Use Bonus Bet” from the Bet Slip, bets placed on boosted odds, bets which are settled as a push, and bets deemed no action do not count towards the release of your Bonus Bets.

If you do not have qualifying settled bets to the value of $10 within 30 days of claiming the promo, your Bonus Bets will be forfeit and removed and the promo will be closed.

Your Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bonus Bets wagers will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bonus Bets wagers are not included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 (3.00) would give a return of $60 ($40 winnings plus $20 wager), whereas a $20 Bonus Bets wager placed at odds of +200 (3.00) would give a net return of $40, as the $20 Bonus Bets wager is not returned.
