Azarenka wins China Open

Victoria Azarenka has blitzed Maria Sharapova 6-3 6-1 to win the China Open title in straight sets.
The world number one broke Sharapova three times in the first set and the Russian offered little resistance in the second, as the Belarusian cruised to victory in Beijing.
The 23-year-old Azarenka is only one place above Sharapova, who sits second in the WTA rankings, but that margin was not evident in a final which seemed more like a training session for Azarenka.
Winning 68% of points on her first serve, the current world number one made the four-time Grand Slam winner look distinctly average.
Azarenka is now 4.00 to win the Australian Open again in 2013, while Sharapova, who won the tournament in 2008, can be backed at 9.00 to claim the title in Melbourne.
Serena Williams, who has won the Aussie Open five times and is the current US Open champion, is 1.83 to claim a sixth title down under.
