Helmet backed to push Frankel

Godolphin's Helmet is the dark horse that the top yard are praying has some sort of chance of bringing the mighty Frankel to heel in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Helmet is making his European debut and is therefore very much the unknown quantity after disappointing on the polytrack in Dubai during the winter.
Helmet made a very big name for himself in Australia and, were he to recapture that sort of form, anything may be possible. Helmet is 34.00 to win the Queen Anne Stakes while Frankel can be backed at 1.10.

Helmet is in good form and is doing everything right.

Trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni commented: "Helmet is in good form and is doing everything right. This, however, will be a tough introduction and I will be very happy to see him make the frame.
"I hope the ground will be suitable and the return to a mile will undoubtedly help him a fair bit I hope.
Meanwhile, Artigiano heads for the Coventry Stakes with Zarooni declaring: "I like the horse and think he will run a good race.
"We would have preferred to run him over seven furlongs in the Chesham Stakes but he's not qualified so we have had to go for this one."
Artigiano is 13.00 to win the Coventry Stakes.
