Luckygray impressed in a track gallop at Belmont Park when beating the Dan Morton-trained Zester by a length at the finishing post.
The brilliant five-year-old flies to Melbourne on Monday ahead of his interstate debut with the PB Lawrence Stakes at Caulfield on 18th August first up.

I'm not sure how he'll travel so he won't gallop again until Tuesday week.
Gino Poletti
Trainer Gino Poletti was thrilled with the run-out ahead of the journey east and says the hardest part has been making sure he does not work too hard.
"Shaun (O'Donnell, jockey) said he felt terrific," Poletti said. "He was very pleased more so with his relaxed nature and the most important thing was he got a dead 5 track.
"We might run in to some wet tracks over there. The hardest thing was holding him back and not over-training him.
"I'm not sure how he'll travel so he won't gallop again until Tuesday week."
Luckygray, who is the son of Bradbury's Luck, won last year's Group 1 Railway Stakes on protest over He's Remarkable.
He also racked up wins in the Roma Cup, Belmont Sprint and Hyperion Stakes during the short autumn-winter campaign at Belmont.
