Australian basketball player Patty Mills played a starring role for San Antonio Spurs in only his third game for the club, as he chipped in with 20 points on Tuesday against Eastern Conference's Cleveland Cavaliers.
The 23-year-old came off the bench help the Spurs inflict a 125-90 defeat over the Cavs. He sank in eight of his 11 shots from the field (including four out of five from beyond the arc) and his valuable contribution enabled the veteran Spurs to notch their eighth consecutive win of the season.

It was a clear proof that an ill-fated spell in in Chinese basketball league hasn't hurt Mills' game at all and he is back performing at his optimum level.
While the NBA's players union and owners were locked in discussions last year, Mills played a few matches in Australian NBL before departing for China but he never got going there and left after a row with his club.
Speaking of Mills' game-high point-production against the Cavs, Spurs assistant coach Brett Brown said: "I thought tonight he showed a very aggressive side. Any time you come into a game and you shoot the ball as well as he shot it, it's a fantastic introduction to a team.
"You gain an immediate credibility, you gain a lot of respect and the way that he has been carrying himself since he's been here, he's been highly professional and shown a very serious commitment on his part in that he wants to develop and become a long-term Spur."
