Allardyce urged to use Benayoun

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has been urged to put his faith in the likes of Yossi Benayoun against Southampton today.
That's the message from former Hammers legend Tony Cottee, who has sensed an air of frustration around Upton Park over the international break.

The injuries are starting to mount up for Allardyce now but there are good players wanting to come in.

Allardyce is still reeling from the news that he will be without star man Ricardo Vaz Te for the next three months after an operation on his broken collarbone.
The Irons are also without crocked pair Guy Demel and Winston Reid, but Cottee believes Benayoun can help spark the midfield against struggling Saints.
West Ham are 9.50 to win the match 2-0, with Benayoun 12.00 to open the scoring.
Cottee admits: "The injuries are starting to mount up for Allardyce now but there are good players wanting to come in.
"He has the likes of Yossi, Gary O'Neil and Matt Taylor to step in. They have bags of Premier League experience between them and have a chance to stake their claims against Southampton."
West Ham are 1213.00 to be relegated this season while the Saints are available at 101.00 to finish in the bottom three.
