Carragher wants game time

Liverpool veteran Jamie Carragher believes he will get game time under his belt in the Capital One Cup, FA Cup and Europa League this term.
Jamie Carragher eyes League Cup glory.The 34-year-old, who is edging towards the end of his career, has found games hard to come by in the Premier League but is determined to help the club retain the League Cup this season.
Carragher was part of the Liverpool side that beat Cardiff City in the final at Wembley last term and the centre back would love to take the field at the national stadium once again.
He told the Daily Mail: "I look at this and the Europa League as a chance to get games.
"This is something to focus on for me, as I know I'm not a Premier League regular any longer.
"We are the holders and don't want to give it away.
"Wembley was fantastic last season. This trophy is ours and we want to hold onto it."
Liverpool are in action on Wednesday night as they look to book their place in the quarter finals of the Capital One Cup by beating Swansea City at Anfield.
The Reds are 1.61 to win, 3.80 to draw and 5.50 to lose to the Swans.
